The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) has always been enthusiastic about providing training for its members. It decided that, given the resources required to make a credible offering to its members, it would outsource the training, marketing, management and delivery to a training specialist. Grosvenor Training Services was selected as the outsource organisation.

Initially the training programmes were limited to public short courses in a small range of topics. The needs of the industry have expanded hugely and the training has now developed into a full range of courses provided on both a customised and public programme basis.
