Resources to help learning and development
At Grosvenor we understand the value of taking time to evaluate performance both corporate and individual. The information we receive helps us to understand the gap from where we are now to where we want to be and makes it easier for us to map out a plan of action to help us get to where we want to be.
We have selected two tools to help you either as a manager or as an individual looking for ways to improve performance which we use regularly internally as well as in a training environment with clients.
The S.W.O.T. Analysis can be done on your own or as part of a team meeting and is a fantastic tool to boost sales through opening up fresh thinking and approaches. It also helps to identify areas of need that can be easily delegated to ensure that weaknesses are being addressed through a separate plan of action created as a result of the S.W.O.T. analysis.
The Learning Styles Work Booklet is an ideal tool for managers to use as part of an induction programme for new staff, or for a new manager to use to get to know staff better. It is also ideal for use in learning and development and the results can be used internally for training and coaching or given to an outsourced training company like Grosvenor to help maximise the potential of any training session. It is a fun thing to do on your own for your own development too so have a go and enjoy!
If you want to talk to us about these tools and need further advice on how to use them to suit your business development please call Karen Morton on 01825 449390 or leave a response below and we will get in touch with you.
