The skills and techniques of the effective presenter can always be refined and developed. There is however, a stage in a person’s career when it is appropriate to acknowledge that because of the type of audiences or the nature of the issues being presented that a significant injection of development support is required. This course takes the proficient presenter and equips them for the rigors of the skeptical and/or cynical audience. By the end of the course participants will have worked through several challenging cases and received the benefit of detailed coaching in their techniques.
