People Management

One of the key areas of management skill is the ability to maximises the potential of those who report to you as well as others with whom you come into contact. This course teaches these skills. Participants have the opportunity to step back and reflect on their own and the behaviours of others, the ingredients for successfully coordinating work effort towards effective results are highlighted.  By the end of the workshop participants will have a framework for thinking about their role and a means on which to build their management competence.
