The manager’s role includes bringing individuals together as a team leading to focused effort and synergy. It is often used as a solution when problems exist within a particular area, however, it is a positive and ongoing process which allows and encourages individuals to perform effectively within team situations. Participants will leave the course with an understanding of what options and practical actions they can take with their team to enhance performance.
